OnCall EOS works with state and local public health departments, nonprofit organizations, and health services organizations, nationally, to assist in the deployment of Public Health Educators, Detailers, and other public health personnel. Public health detailing is a clinical education method that includes visiting local provider sites to deliver brief trainings or presentations and to distribute tools and resources to support the adoption of evidence-based best practices in chronic disease management and patient education. It’s been proven that this personal interaction more effectively conveys the message and encourages healthcare professionals to take the necessary action.

As a key member of the team that launched the country’s very first city-wide public health detailing program, deploying over 60 representatives, we’ve been supporting organizations with highly effective public health detailing teams and support services to deliver key messages that improve clinical prevention initiatives since 2005.

OnCall EOS has experience managing public health detailing programs and conducting campaigns across all clinical disease states. We have extensive expertise in the most critical areas of public health, including substance use disorder (SUD), HIV, and sexually transmitted infection (STI) education outreach.

We recruit in locally for every project to find seasoned, highly skilled disease state educators who are veterans in the industry and have worked for many of the world’s leading pharmaceutical and medical device companies.

While most of our work centers around deploying public health detailing and education teams, OnCall EOS also supports teams working on a broad range of public health activities. Through a variety of contact methods, our teams call on office, clinic and hospital-based providers; and retail pharmacists.  We also offer tele-detailing, video-detailing, as well as online and telephone polling. Additionally, our teams engage in field-based community surveying initiatives.
